Senior Pastor 
Grant Barber is the Pastor of Eastern Shore Baptist. He and his wife, Delana, have been here since 1987. Rev. Barber believes salvation is a heart experience with Jesus Christ that affects our whole life with everlasting results. He defines salvation as making room or space by knocking down walls and further believes the church is God's expression of salvation. Brother Grant's desire is to have Eastern Shore Baptist exists to knock down walls and make room for everyone. Grant and Delana have three children, Carlos, Douglas, and Marty.

Minister of Education
Ken Wilson has served ESBC since 1995 as the Minister of Education. He graduated from Montevallo University and Beeson Divinity School. He and his wife, Kim have four children; Andrew, Adam, Aaron, and Abby. Ken's mission is to equip believers to share the gospel and to disciple those believers to be equippers for the continuing of God's kingdom.

Minister of Music
Tom Noland has served ESBC since 1999 as the Minister of Music. He graduated from Samford and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Tom's desire is to lead others into God's presence through worship. He and his wife, Robin have two children; Julie and Nick.

Minister of Students
Tim Rhoads serves as our Minister of Students. He and his wife, Robbie joined our staff in February of 2000. They have three children, Caleb, Joshua and Anna. Click on the Youth Ministry page and you will find out many more interesting things about Tim's ministry here at ESBC.

Carmen Burkholder joined our staff in May 2005. She is married to Harold Burkholder and they have two children.  Carmen has a true love for children and a desire to make their early years in church a pleasant and educational experience.
